Telephone and Email

In the Hospitality Industry Telephone English is vital to be able to communicate effectively in English. This course will help you to practice the vocabulary and structures you need for everyday communication in both Telephone English and Email English.
What is included:
- answering calls
- taking reservations by phone
- taking messages and transferring calls
- asking for clarification on the phone
- answering email enquiries
- express yourself fluently and spontaneously, with a focus on pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar to improve your accuracy
- improve all your communication skills including speaking, listening, reading and writing
- develop speaking skills for real-life situations and put these into practice using natural expressions and functional language
- review and improve grammar, pronunciation and fluency
