English Language for Front of House focuses on the communication needs of all customers facing hotel situations. You will gain confidence in communicating with customers and colleagues. You will also learn to use language tools which give you greater control of your communication.

  • effective answering of complaints
  • telephone English
  • English for emails
  • answering telephone calls
  • taking reservations by phone
  • taking messages and transferring calls
  • asking for clarification on the phone
  • express yourself fluently and spontaneously, with a focus on pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar to ensure you improve your accuracy
  • improve all your communication skills including speaking, listening, reading and writing
  • develop speaking skills for real-life situations and put these into practice using natural expressions and functional language
  • review and improve grammar, pronunciation and fluency

Course Profile:

  • morning daily sessions for one week
  • afternoon workshops available on particular exam aspects – Speaking & Listening, Grammar & Writing
  • using a range of authentic sources
  • from Pre-Intermediate to advanced levels (A2-C1)
